Great list, I have used many of these sites myself, I still find good-tutorials and cgtutorials to be the most effective for me, but that could just be beacuse of my content; and other, more web based articles, may find other sites more effective for driving traffic.

Yep I agree with that – you should be able to meet certain criteria to be added to “big boys” catalogue but it’s worth that. And in any case your own writing style and ability to find the right work becomes stronger as you write for sites which don’t accept every submitted article

Awesome article Julia. I have submitted to many Tutorial Databases such as Pixel2life and Good-Tutorials (as listed). The awesome thing is many OTHER tutorial websites will automatically scrape the big ones (p2l, gt) for new tutorials and post them. So if you can make it into the big boys, chances are MANY other websites will post your tutorials as well.
