Hi, Val,

to enable functions such as fill in, validate and submit you need basic knowledge of HTML forms, javascript, maybe php (depends on are going to fetch the data when form is submitted). I would recommend to use such resources as:
http://www.w3schools.com/html/default.asp
http://www.w3schools.com/js/default.asp
http://www.w3schools.com/php/default.asp

This will be enough to get familiar with the topic and cover the basics you need. Good luck with your site!

Julia,

I need to fix a problem with my own website (under contructio).

I mostly use photoshop, then take it into dreamweaver for linking and ftp upload.

I've tried to place fill in forms as anothe layer in dreamweaver/html but these layers are in different places depending on what browser is being used.

I have designed these fill in forms/pages using photoshop, but I don't know how to enable these function (fill in, validate and submit) within the orignal page. ergo, new layer using dw/html.

Can you help me, please?
Thanks
